As the Group Head of Human Resources at IL&FS Group, Joy is responsible for overseeing the HR and administration functions for the group, which is undergoing a resolution journey comprising of company sell out and asset monetization. He works closely with the leadership team and other HR managers to ensure employee relationship, statutory and regulatory compliance, compensation benchmarking, leadership development, and talent management are aligned with the group's vision and goals.

With over 30 years of progressive experience in various facets of HR operations, he has gained expertise in new business development, customer relationship management, business excellence, strategy, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management. 



Prasanth Nair

CHRO ,  Crompton Greaves

Dr. Prasanth brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise having worked extensively across several HR functions for organisations, focused on talent development, change management, coaching & counselling as well as embedding technology in HR.

A visionary leader, he has effectively taken over the identification & nurturing of talent, enabling them to scale-up, develop the digitization of HR through the years and align the organization & HR with the overall core business strategy that helps drive innovation and productivity in the workplace. Backed by a diverse set of experiences, he has worked with some leading Indian and multinational companies, having started his journey with RPG Group followed by heading the HR function for Thomas Cook and Cipla. Post this, he was a part of the team that scaled up ZingHR.


Gautam Chatterji

Associate Vice President - HR LTI Mindtree

Gautam Chatterji is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading business and practice units to achieve their full potential. His expertise lies in cultivating strong relationships with partners and clients, resulting in large-scale financial growth.

Gautam has handled cross-functional responsibilities in various sectors, including IT services, manufacturing and power utilities. He has extensive experience working closely with CXOs of tier-1 companies and managing diversified global clients across business verticals, both onsite and offshore.

In his current role, Gautam has a two-fold responsibility of leading a team of M&A integration managers to perform integration of employee transition through harmonization/operational excellence and spearheading a complex HR digital transformation program globally for the merged organization. His unique exposure to various functions, including delivery, practice, pre-sales, HR digitization, transformation, merger, and integration of IT Services organization, sets him apart.


Harjeet Khanduja

Sr. Vice President HR,  Reliance JIO

Harjeet is an International Author, Speaker, Poet, Inventor, Influencer, Professor of Practice and an HR Leader. He is also known as RK Laxman of Business. Harjeet has set multiple green field projects and has handled HR for large multinational organizations in various geographies including India, US & Canada.

Harjeet’s experience spans a range of industry sectors that include Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharma, Alternate Energy, IT-ITES, Telecom, Digital, Healthcare and Retail and has worked with Business Houses like Tata, Reliance and Piramal.

He is currently working as Senior Vice President HR at Reliance Jio. Harjeet is a Thomson Medalist from IIT Roorkee and has completed his management education from INSEAD. Harjeet is a certified practitioner of SAP HCM, 6 Sigma, Executive Coaching, OKRs, Design Thinking, Predictive Index, Tata Business Excellence Model, ISO 9000, ISO 27000, Insights wheel, HIPAA, Value Engineering, Kaizen and 5S. Harjeet has 4 published patents.


Dr. Saumya Badgayan

VP HR – Business Strategy,  Goldstar Jewellery

Dr. Saumya has more than 20 years of experience in the HR field, with a strong academic background and multiple credentials. She hold's a PhD in E-Commerce, an MA in Psychology, an MBA in Marketing and International Trade, and a PG diploma in HR (Gold Medalist). She is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), a prestigious network of business leaders and professionals.

Her  core competencies include designing and executing organizational transformation strategies, pioneering digital transformation initiatives, devising alternative motivational solutions, and ushering in fair practices by using analytics as a tool in the HR domain.

She is  also a passionate educator and trainer, and a Professor of Practice at Woxsen University , LPU and a Visiting Faculty at iFEEL. She has received multiple awards for outstanding faculty performance along with being LinkedIn Top Voice consistently.


Kulveer Singh

Kulveer is a passionate Learning & Development Specialist with over 24 years of experience driving positive change across Manufacturing, Biotech, and Heavy Engineering industries.
